We are excited to offer group cycling classes 3 TIMES A WEEK beginning June 22nd! Bike reservations are required up to a week in advance of each class by calling the Front Desk or using the online scheduler. Cardio Cycle, a beginner-friendly, 45-minute workout meets Mondays at 6:30pm immediately following Body Pump. Les Mills SPRINT, a 30-minute, HIIT workout meets Tuesday evenings at 5:15pm and Friday mornings at 7:15am. For a full look into our group fitness offerings, check out our program schedule.
