Gym & Court Sports
Individual + Team Fitness
Our YMCA offers many ways to enjoy our courts, from Open Gym, Racquetball, Volleyball, Pickleball and more. Also check out our competitive, fun leagues for youth and adults.
Facility Guidelines
- Sign In/Out: Members and guests must sign in and out at the front desk.
- Footwear & Attire: Wear closed-toe, non-marking athletic shoes on all courts. No street shoes allowed.
- Equipment: Bring your own basketballs, racquets, or other gear. The Y does not guarantee loaner equipment.
- Clean Up After Yourself: Put any equipment away after use. Place trash into receptacles.
- Health & Safety: Stay home if you’re ill. Protective eyewear is strongly recommended for racquetball/wallyball.
- Court Courtesy: Share playing areas during open gym, abide by posted schedules, and be mindful of noise or rough play.
- Ask for Help: If you’re new or unsure about how to use any equipment, our staff is here to guide you.
Gymnasium
Our gym, located on the main floor at the back of the lobby, features a full basketball court and includes nets for volleyball and Pickleball. Members and guests should bring their own equipment.
Wear closed-toe, non-marking athletic shoes on all courts. No street shoes allowed.
The gym is available for member use when it is not reserved for a scheduled program like our After School program or league play. Refer to the “Open Gym Times” our Program Schedule.
Racquetball & Pickleball Court
Our racquetball court can be used for racquetball, Pickleball, and Wallyball. Reservations are recommended for court use. Unreserved times are first-come, first-served.
Restrictions
- Only active YMCA members can reserve the court.
- Players ages 12 and under must have an adult.
- Daily Limit: One hour per member per day (two hours total per group).

Court Sport Leagues
Youth Basketball Leagues
Our youth basketball leagues focus on skill-building, sportsmanship, and fun competition.
- Jerry West League for 4-8th grades runs in the winter.
- Mighty Mites for Kindergarten-3rd grade runs in the fall.
Volleyball League
Our Coed Volleyball League is a competitive yet fun way for teens and adults to get active and improve their skills. The league runs October – December and March – May.
Walleyball League
Our Coed Wallyball League is volleyball played on a racquetball court. It’s similar to volleyball, but the ball can bounce off walls. The league runs January – March.
