Get Strong + Get Fit

Our Strength & Cardio facilities for independent training are located on the ground floor. Members and guests can use the Weight and Cardio equipment any time during open hours. The Les Mills Virtual Fitness Studio requires a reservation, which can be made online or at the front desk.

Follow These Health & Safety Rules

  • Clean Up After Yourself: Wipe down any machines, benches, or equipment after use. Spray bottles, paper towels, and trash receptacles are provided.
  • Re-Rack: Always re-rack your weights and return any exercise equipment when done.
  • Wear Closed-Toe Shoes and a Shirt: This is required in all workout areas for safety and hygiene.
  • Respect Age Restrictions: These rules help keep everyone safe.
  • Stay Home If You’re Feeling Ill: Protect your health and the well-being of others.
  • Ask for Help: If you’re new or unsure about how to use any equipment ask us hwo to use it—we’re here to help you.

Weight Room

The Weight Room has free weights, benches, power racks, and strength-training machines for everything from heavy lifting to light toning.

 

Age Restrictions

  • Youth ages 14+ may use this equipment independently.
  • Youth ages 10–12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Children under 10 are not allowed to use these machines.

Nautilus & Cardio Equipment

Our Nautilus & Cardio area features treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, upright/recumbent bikes, a rowing machine, Nautilus/Cybex strength-training machines, weight benches, and barbells and kettle bells. These are excellent for boosting endurance and overall heart health.

During busy times, please limit cardio equipment use to 30 minutes.

    Les Mills Virtual Fitness Studio Classes

    You can participate in your favorite Les Mills classes including BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyCombat and Sh'Bam in our virtual fitness studio. Just book the room online or by calling the Y and choose your class and format.

    • BODYCOMBAT—The high energy, martial arts inspired, non-contact workout. Punch, kick, and strike your way to fitness.
    • BODYFLOW—The yoga based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Strengthen your entire body and leave feeling calm and centered
    • BODYPUMP—The barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit —fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.
    • SH'BAM—The fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout— no dance experience required.
