Teams & Leagues at the Y
Sport Leagues for Adults & Teens
The Y has adult & teen co-ed leagues for a variety of court sports—volleyball, Pickleball, Walleyball and basketball—depending upon the season.
Co-Ed Volleyball League
Our Spring Coed Volleyball League is a competitive yet fun way for teens and adults to get active and improve their skills. The net at men’s height and there is no requirement for a specific male/female ratio on the court.
Season & Schedule
- Season: October – December and March – May.
- Tournament: Double-elimination immediately following regular games.
Rules & Format
- Team Roster: At least 3 players per team. Single players can contact the league coordinator to be placed on a team.
- Minimum Age: 15 years
- Rules: Indoor Volleyball Rules for details on gameplay and regulations.
Fees & Registration
- Fee: $175 per team. Payment is due at registration; no partial payments accepted.
- Register: Sign up online or in person. Submit your team (if under 18, a parent/guardian must sign).
- Waivers: Each player (or parent/guardian if under 18) must sign a facility waiver.
Co-Ed Wallyball League
Wallyball is volleyball played in a racquetball court. Its similar to volleyball, but the ball can bounce off walls. It’s fast-paced, fun, and perfect for those looking for something different.
Season & Schedule
- Season: Monday nights, January 12th – March 2nd.
- Pick-Up Games: January 5th 6 pm
Rules & Format
- Team Roster: 2–4 players, including at least one female. At least 2 must be present at game time, or the game is forfeit.
- Minimum Age: 15 years.
- Rules: AWA Rules of Play.
Fees & Registration
- Fee: $20 per player, due at sign-up. Payment in full is required to secure your spot.
- Register: Sign up online or in person. Submit your team roster (if under 18, a parent/guardian must sign).
- Waivers: Each player (or parent/guardian if under 18) must sign a facility waiver.
