Join The Y
Membership Benefits
Why Join the Y?
At the Elkins YMCA, your membership is more than just access to a gym—it’s an investment in yourself and in the community around you. When you join, you’re stepping into a welcoming, inclusive space designed to support your health, your goals, and your sense of belonging.
Membership Benefits
Whether you’re an individual looking for motivation, a family seeking active time together, or someone rebuilding strength and wellness, the Y has something for you. Your membership helps us offer life-enriching programs to others in the community too—making your participation a part of something greater.
- Group Fitness Classes: Most classes—like yoga, cycling, strength training, and low-impact aerobics—are included with your membership or offered at a discounted rate.
- Fitness Facilities: Enjoy full access to our cardio equipment, weight room, Nautilus machines, swimming pool, saunas, and gym courts.
- Locker Rooms: Clean, spacious locker rooms with showers and changing areas are available for your convenience.
- Program Discounts: Get reduced rates on youth sports leagues, swim lessons, afterschool care, and more.
- A Supportive Community: The Y is more than a place to work out. It’s a space where you’ll find encouragement, accountability, and community connection at every stage of life.
- Nationwide Membership Access: Your membership travels with you. When you’re away from Elkins, you can visit participating YMCAs across the country. Just bring your ID and membership card. (Some restrictions apply; SilverSneakers and insurance-based memberships may not be eligible.)
We’re here to support you—whether you’re working toward a healthier lifestyle, connecting with others, or just finding time to recharge.
