Kick Aerobics
Step Aerobics This class consists of a warm-up before 30 minutes of cardio step aerobics. Following step aerobics, we typically do circuit training with weights and a floor workout designed to trim your abs, legs, hips and buttocks.

Joey's spin class is 45 minutes to 1 hour of fast paced fun. There is music playing, a video of the big screen and a light and lively atmosphere. Come to class prepared to sweat and laugh! Stability Ball
Yoga Instructor: Michael Stennes With its foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Power Yoga, this class offers people of all ages and ablities the opportunity to improve flexibility and balance, gain strenght, and learn techniques for relaxation. The class is ideal for beginners and intermediate level students; each yoga pose is presented in several variations from which the student can choose according to his/her personal goals and abilities. Each session is 60 minutes long, beginning with an easy warm-up (stretching) period, followed by approximately 30 minutes of yoga poses and sequences, then gradually tapering down and finishing with ten minutes of savasana.
