Class & Program schedules



Our group exercise schedule is limited at this time. Please be aware that our registration process has changed. Members can register online or at the member services desk.


Circuit & Stability Classes has resumed on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. 

H20 Water Aerobics Classes has resumed Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00 pm and Fridays at 11:00 am.  

Les Mills Body Pump Live classes have resumed on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:15 pm and Saturdays at 9 am. 

Morning Aerobics Classes have resumed Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 to 9:00 am. 

Senior Stretch has resumed Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am. 

Shotokan Karate of Elkins Classes have resumed Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Advanced registration is required. New students should contact instructor Ken Maxwell at [email protected] before registering.

Tai Chi has resumed Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:00 pm. 

Please observe our group exercise class guidelines:

    • All members are required to sign a COVID-19 waiver at their first visit. 
    • If you have symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please stay home.
    • Please sign in AND out with the front desk staff through the lobby entrance before the start of every class, including classes that take place in the Rotary room.
    • Please bring your own equipment like yoga mats and water bottles.
    • Water fountains are closed; there is a water bottle filling station in the lobby.
    • Please wipe off all equipment like weights before and after use. Do not share equipment in class. 
    • Practice social distancing: spaces are marked on classroom floors at least six feet apart.
    • Wash your hands frequently and make use the hand sanitizer stations provided throughout the facility
