Class & Program schedules


Our group fitness classes bring together health-seekers of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels in a fun, supportive environment. Our classes are included with membership.

We are always looking for instructors to add new classes. Interested in teaching? E-mail your resume to: [email protected].

Please observe our group exercise class guidelines:

  • If you are ill, please stay home.
  • Please sign in AND out with the front desk staff through the lobby entrance before the start of every class, including classes that take place in the Rotary room.
  • Please bring your own equipment like yoga mats and water bottles.
  • Please wipe off all equipment like weights before and after use. Do not share equipment in class.
