Class & Program schedules



Our group exercise schedule is limited at this time. Please be aware that our registration process has changed. Members will now have to sign up for classes in advance. Members can register online or at the member services desk.


Circuit & Stability Classes will tentatively resume September 22nd on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. Advanced registration is required. 

H20 Water Aerobics Classes will move to a new time starting September 8th on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00 pm and Fridays at 11:00 am. Advanced registration is required. 

Les Mills Body Pump Live classes will resume on Saturday the 12th. Classes will run Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:15 pm and Saturdays at 9 am. In-person spots will be limited and a virtual option will continue to be offered. See here for more informration on how to sign up for either option. 

Morning Aerobics Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 to 9:00 am. Advanced registration is required. 

Senior Stretch will resume September 22nd on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am. Advanced registration is required. 

Senior Water Aerobics will resume September 22nd on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am. Advanced registration is required. 

Shotokan Karate of Elkins Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Advanced registration is required. New students should contact instructor Ken Maxwell at [email protected] before registering.

Tai Chi has resumed on Mondays at 8 am, and Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:00 pm. Advanced registration is required

Please observe our group exercise class guidelines:

  • All members are required to sign a COVID-19 waiver at their first visit. 
  • If you have symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please stay home.
  • Please sign in AND out with the front desk staff through the lobby entrance before the start of every class, including classes that take place in the Rotary room.
  • Please wear a mask or face covering when entering the facility and up until you begin exercising. See more information on our mask policy here.
  • Please bring your own equipment like yoga mats and water bottles.
  • Water fountains are closed; there is a water bottle filling station in the lobby.
  • Please wipe off all equipment like weights before and after use. Do not share equipment in class. 
  • Practice social distancing: spaces are marked on classroom floors at least six feet apart.
  • Wash your hands frequently and make use the hand sanitizer stations provided throughout the facility.
