CHALLENGE YOURSELF!
This class is a combination of heart pumping cardio and kettlebell strength training. This course will challenge you whether you are new to fitness or if you already have a solid fitness routine.

Please observe our facility guidelines for in-person classes:
All members are required to sign a COVID-19 waiver at their first visit. classes:
- If you have symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please stay home.
- Please sign in AND out with the front desk staff through the lobby entrance before the start of every class.
- Please bring your own equipment and water bottles.
- Practice social distancing.
