Morning Aerobics
Start your day off energized with instructor Raymond Godwin. Morning Aerobics combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines. Aerobics improves flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness, and provides a total body workout.

Build and maintain your flexibility and balance in this 45 minute class that incorporates stretching and basic yoga moves. Participants may choose to stand or sit. This class does not include any floor work or deep bending. Shoes are recommended for balance.

Do you like fast-paced challenging workouts that are done in 30 minutes? BOOM was developed by leading fitness experts to improve strength, flexibility and endurance in convenient 30-minute workouts. These classes will challenge you, but don't worry: One-handed pushups aren't required.
