group cycling/Les Mills Sprint


Thursdays 5:15 to 5:45 pm

Instructor Ann Marie Patella will lead you through this 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.

Group Cycling

Mondays and Wednesdays 4:45 to 5:15 pm

Group cycling is a dynamic, music driven workout. You don't have to ride outside to spin inside. Indoor cycling can be tailored to each individual, so it's perfect for all levels and always more fun with a friend. Cycling is a cardio workout that will train your body in strength and endurance. No special equipment needed - cycling shorts, towel and water bottle recommended. 

Instructor Katie Driver has worked in the health and fitness industry for more than a decade in Chicago and Colorado. As a health club junkie with experience in many facets of club life, Katie brings to the table a seasoned yet light hearted approach. Katie will motivate you with a low-impact, high output workout.
