BEGINNER YOGA
Discover basic yoga poses, body alignment and breathing to improve your flexibility and strengthen your core muscles.
POWER YOGA
Power yoga is a strong moving class meant to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Those with yoga experience or fitness level are welcome. Not recommended for those new to yoga or exercise.

Instructor Majia "Jia" Lee, MA holds a Masters in Somatic Psychology (the study of body and movement psychology) leads classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings. She is also trained in kids yoga, hatha yoga, Body in Recovery Exercises, Stress and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE (c)) and more. Jia has been teaching various forms of movement classes since 2015.
Instructor Katie Driver leads classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and has worked in the health and fitness industry for more than a decade in Chicago and Colorado. As a health club junkie with experience in many facets of club life, Katie brings to the table a seasoned yet light hearted approach.
Please observe our facility guidelines for classes:
- All members are required to sign a waiver at their first visit.
- If you are ill or have tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home.
- Please sign in AND out with the front desk staff through the lobby entrance before the start of every class.
- Please bring your own equipment and water bottle.
