The Y offers yoga classes for all levels:
BEGINNER YOGA
Discover basic yoga poses, body alignment and breathing to improve your flexibility and strengthen your core muscles.
Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm
Instructor Katie Driver has worked in the health and fitness industry for more than a decade in Chicago and Colorado. As a health club junkie with experience in many facets of club life, Katie brings to the table a seasoned yet light hearted approach.
BEGINNER VINYASA
This class combines breathwork with flowing movement and establishes the basics of a vinyasa practice. We will do sun salutations and balance and stability work, while working on proper alignment for all poses. Slow-paced and appropriate for all levels, with props and modifications encouraged.

Intermediate Vinyasa
