BEGINNER YOGA
Discover basic yoga poses, body alignment and breathing to improve your flexibility and strengthen your core muscles.
Lisa Sherrill, MA holds a Masters in Somatic Pyschology, which is the study of body and movement pyschology. She is also trained in kids yoga, hatha yoga, Body in Recovery Exercises, Stress and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE (c)) and more. Lisa has been teaching various forms of movement classes since 2015.
The class meets Tuesdays at 5:30 pm in the gymnastics room. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Please observe our facility guidelines for in-person classes:
- All members are required to sign a COVID-19 waiver at their first visit.
- If you have symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please stay home.
- Please sign in AND out with the front desk staff through the lobby entrance before the start of every class.
- Please bring your own equipment and water bottles.
- Practice social distancing.
